Tasting Notes:
An engaging perfumed nose with expressive grassy tropical fruit aromas and deliciously well rounded green pineapple, gooseberry and citrus flavours with a zesty fresh finish.

For your drinking pleasure:
A lively wine best enjoyed in the freshness of youth or within 18 months. Delicious served well chilled with summer salads, asparagus quiche, grilled calamari and herbed line fish.

Viticulture:
A veritable safari of specific vineyard sites earmarked for the very best grapes are selected, ranging in climate from warmer Southern slopes, to cooler high altitude vines swept by cooling ocean breezes. Grapes were harvested in two stages; the first batch was picked earlier for herbaceous grassland expressions, whilst the second came in later at full phenolic ripeness for upfront fruit character.

Winemaking:
The grapes were vinified separately at 13˚C in stainless steel tanks until dry, then left on the lees until final blending, filtration and bottling at our cellars in Wellington.
