Tasting Notes:
A charming light bodied Chenin Blanc with a safari of ripe fruit pineapple flavours and tantalising melon aromas, crisp and zesty on the palate.

Viticulture:
Grapes are sourced from the diverse macro-climate of the Western Cape. Ranging from the long lingering sunny days of our Southern slopes to our cooler West Coast ocean breezes. Grapes were harvested at 21˚C during late January.

Winemaking:
The grapes were vinified separately at 13˚C in stainless steel tanks until dry, then left on the lees until final blending, filtration and bottling at our cellars in Wellington.

A lively wine best enjoyed in the freshness of youth or within 18 months. Simply delicious with grilled line fish, light summer meals or sushi. Serve well chilled as a refreshing aperitif.
