Named after the cottage where the gin is produced in Warwickshire. It makes use of locally sourced honey, lavender, and quince, which are distilled alongside other traditional gin botanicals. A good balance of fruit, spice and sweetness which can be perfectly paired with tonic and a sprig of lavender.
